Professional Credentials Kara Krystina Ostroski-Francis, Esq
Legal Education:
In May of 1998, Kara Krystina received her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.
She participated in coursework at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California and studied abroad at the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England.
The Rhode Island Supreme Court certified her to practice law under the supervision of the Office of Attorney General, she co-founded the Pennsylvania Law Society, became its President and held the office of Vice-President of the Criminal Law Society.
Her most notable achievement, receiving the CALI EXCELLENCE FOR THE FUTURE AWARD.
Undergraduate Education:
Kara Krystina attended the University of Scranton and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, a Bachelor of Arts in history and a Minor in criminal justice.
While attending the University of Scranton, she made the Dean's List, was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, Intl. Honor Society in History, a member of Alpha Epsilon Alpha, Honor Society in Communications, held office as Sec./Treasurer of Freshman class, and was a President's Royal Ambassador.
Adjunct Professor:
After becoming licensed to practice law, Kara Krystina set out to establish a career in legal education. She accomplished this goal in 2000.
In 2011, Dallas Community College District recognized her tenure with the school and for the instruction she offered students enrolled in business law.
Kara Krystina retired as a business law professor in 2021.
